Every human has a brain but there are variations in its functionality from person to person.
There are two sides of the brain, the left brain, and the right brain. The people who use more of
the left brain tend to be logical, systematic and analytical in their thinking. Whereas people who
use more of the right brain tend to be creative and emotional.

However, we are just starting to recognize something known as the midbrain. The midbrain acts
an activation bridge between the left and right brain. An active midbrain can widen the
communication of both left and right brain leading to the balanced use of the whole brain.

Developing Midbrain activity can lead to better focus, creativity, supersensory perceptions,
better emotional control, motor skills and it builds more confidence. It is important to activate the
mid brain by the age of 6 because after 6 it becomes dormant by not using it effectively.

Once the mid brain is activated children will have the ability to sense the environment without
using an adult's eyes. The other senses namely hearing, touch, smell and taste are hidden to
the extent that without using sight you can still read. This is something known as Blindfold
reading. Midbrain activation is done through the combination of some eyeball exercises, brain
gym and read between the lines. These type of exercises stimulate the mind. The kids are made
to believe in their potential that they can do anything with their internal power. They also
develop the sense of hearing through music.
